Personal data that we process:

AtmR obtains your personal data from the client within the framework of its services to the client. Furthermore AtmR processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you provide us with these data yourself.
 Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:
  • First name and surname;
  • Address data;
  • E-mail address;
  • Telephone number (optional);
  • Which employer you work for;
  • Information about the content and progress of your order;
  • Your surfing and clicking behaviour on the website (see cookie statement)

 

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data being collected on children without parental permission. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data on a minor without such consent, please contact us at g.vandee@atmr.nl and we will delete this information.

 

Purpose and basis:

For what purpose and on the basis of which basis do we process personal data?
 
AtmR processes your personal data for the following purposes:
  • facilitating a home office;
  • Processing your order;
  • Executing appointments related to your order;
  • to be able to call you or send you an e-mail if this is necessary for us to be able to carry out our services;
  • offer you the possibility to create an account to deliver goods and services to you;
  • taking care of the delivery of your order;
  • Optional: prepare anonymous reports/analyses at the request of the employer.


 The AVG has 6 legally valid bases for processing personal data.


 AtmR processes these personal data for the purpose of carrying out the direct relationship relating to the order you have placed.
 In addition, AtmR processes these personal data because it has legitimate interests in doing so, such as:
  • Being able to facilitate home workplaces for employees;
  • Executing the service to the client;
  • Providing an efficient and customer-friendly service;
  • Improving service;
  • Protecting its financial interests;
  • To be able to inform you about its services and the progress of your order.

If AtmR bases its processing on consent, it will ask for it separately. Consent can be given by a free, specific, informed and unambiguous expression of will. The consent must be explicit. Explicit consent is given by confirming this policy and entering the requested data. Consent can also be withdrawn. This must be just as easy as giving permission. Naturally, the data cannot be deleted in the case of an ongoing contract.

 

Retention period of your personal data:

AtmR will not retain your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with statutory retention obligations.


Sharing of personal data with third parties:

AtmR will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide them to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation or court order. We will enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. AtmR may provide your personal data to Derksen Verhuizingen B.V. This party takes care of the logistical handling of your order for a home office. For example preparing your order with a packing slip with your order and address details or contacting you about the delivery.

View, modify or delete data:

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself via the personal settings of your account. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by our company and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have on you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you. Would you like to use the rights mentioned above or do you have other questions/remarks about the data processing, please send a specified request to g.vandee@atmr.nl. To be sure that the request is made by you, we would like to ask you to make the request from the e-mail address with which the order of the home office was made, including the e-mail of the placed order as an attachment. AtmR will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks. AtmR would also like to point out that you have the possibility to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
